My name is Sean Cushing, owner / inspector of Climb and Crawl LLC. I am proud to be a Certified Professional Inspector through Internachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). I have completed rigorous training and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. I have worked for over a dozen years in a home improvement industry. Furthermore, my own experiences with home ownership have certainly helped prepare me to inspect your home as thoroughly as possible. Knowing firsthand the challenges and pitfalls that prospective homeowners face, I am deeply committed to ensuring that you have all the information you need to make a well-informed decision about your investment. In addition to looking out for functionality and structural integrity of your home’s elements, I am always on the lookout for safety issues. As a father of 3 young children, I believe nothing is more important than the well-being of family, and I strive to go above and beyond to make sure your future (or current home) will be safe for all. Within 24 hours after inspection, I will provide you with a clear, concise, easy-to-understand report.
